Amberbox produces devices and software to detect and respond to an active shooter situation. Amberbox produces Gunshot Detectors which use sound and pressure to detect gunshots. These detectors then leverage wireless networks to communicate that a threat was detected. End users determine a list of emergency contacts to be notified, if a gunshot is detected.
