Ambient AI Video Analytics Solution Overview

This integration bridges Genetec Security Center with Ambient.ai's Threat Signature Recognition System. It aims to provide the customer with contextualized alerts. The end-user is able to use Ambient.ai's contextualized alerts as alarms in Genetec Security Center.

Solution Architecture 

Two services named the Alert Forwarder Service (AFS) and the Event Retrieval Service (ERS) connect to Genetec Security Center Web SDK. The ERS retrieves access control events and alarms from Genetec Security Center and sends them to the Ambient AI. The Ambient AI analyses the data and may acknowledge the access alarms and raise new actionable alarms.
