Visitor Management

Envoy has created a solution for visitors to access your office in an automated fashion. Envoy does all of the heavy-lifting when the visitor signs in and Genetec automatically provisions a badge so your guest can securely come on-site. Envoy will send a record of every visitor who signs in on your kiosk to Genetec as a visitor to automatically create an identity within the Security Desk. You can configure Envoy to apply a certain Cardholder group for your visitor types.
