Access Control and Site Monitoring
As the world becomes more security conscious, there is a need to monitor and control vehicle access to many high security areas including airports, military bases, corporate HQs, industrial estates, 24-hour transport hubs etc.
VaxOCR USDOT addresses this by using advanced OCR technology to capture and record the USDOT numbers of every vehicle entering/exiting from a site. Plates are read in real time as vehicles approach and can be checked against white or blacklists. Barriers can be controlled directly from the camera and alarms sounded to alert staff.
Video captured on Security Centre can be bookmarked with these reads so that users can search for particular vehicles and view the corresponding video of vehicles and drivers.
The software allows security personnel to record and accurately control vehicle movements of contractors or deliveries.
