With a simple tap of a button, you can see door statuses, set doors in maintenance mode, lock and unlock access points, and override schedules.
We've recently added the ability to monitor cardholders' badging in and out of specific doors. In contrast to monitoring in Security Desk, this new functionality allows you to select a specific door and see all access events occurring in real-time, including cardholder name and picture from your mobile device. This means you can validate that the individual badging in is the same person in your database directly from your mobile device. As more people enter your facilities, this new feature adds an extra layer of access control security, making it easier to address scenarios where individuals are monitoring access points.

You can also view and upload pictures directly from your mobile device to provide more context from the field once you’ve handled an incident. Arm and disarm your facility on the go with Intrusion Monitoring
Intrusion Monitoring is another new feature added to Genetec Mobile. This ensures that you can always be aware of intrusion events and monitor intrusion data, no matter your location.
Compatible with Security Center 5.10.1 and up, this functionality leverages the Genetec Mobile map-based interface to inform you of suspicious activity and incidents with the help of intrusion alerts. From your mobile device, you can arm and disarm intrusion zones, bring up contextual video when alarms are triggered, see which input triggered the intrusion alarm, and acknowledge intrusion events.
