SharpV OS 14.4.0 improves user experience

The latest version of SharpV OS is now available. This new release includes an improved Sharp Portal experience, as well as updated regional ALPR contexts and additional vehicle analytics.

Improved user experience in the Sharp Portal

We’ve updated the design of the Sharp Portal to improve the user experience. The colors and button styles have been refreshed, all while keeping a familiar design.

The SharpV OS has also been rebuilt to incorporate the latest security practices. The new codebase addresses vulnerabilities, all while ensuring robust protection against threats.

Search using vehicle characteristics, even without a plate

Occasionally, vehicles are detected without plates. Previously, you would receive a “NOPLATE” output without additional vehicle-related information. Now, with SharpV OS 14.4.0, you get details, like vehicle color, make, and model. Even when a plate isn't detected, you can use this information to further your investigation.

This release also provides improved and updated regional ALPR contexts, and expanded vehicle analytics.
