New partner enriches the Elevator Destination Dispatch plugin
We're partnering with Motion Control Engineering (MCE) to enable unified and centralized monitoring so operators can easily manage the flow of people in their buildings.
Our Destination Dispatch Management plugin gains a new partner: Motion Control Engineering (MCE). MCE is a big player in the non-proprietary elevator control industry that provides complete security administration to its customers.
Centralized elevator monitoring
The new solution allows operators to manage elevator dispatch, access control, and video security systems from a unified user interface. The streamlined configuration of all elevators, floors and landing areas allows for improved passenger flow and optimized building operations, simplifying cardholder management since it is done through one interface, reducing potential data entry mistakes. Centralized elevator monitoring increases awareness, improves investigations and auditing, and reduces emergency response times. It also enhances security, as all events and sensors are grouped within one task, allowing the operator to be more aware of people and flow in the facility, thus making more informed decisions.
Our partners’ systems integrate with the destination dispatch solution by connecting directly with Security Center. Manufacturer protocols are fully supported with destination dispatch, allowing seamless integration and communication between systems.
A new partner adds value to our integration portfolio
Motion Control Engineering enriches our Destination Dispatch Management plugin and gives users more choices. The integration allows operators to configure access to elevators and floors, receive events, and perform actions and investigations. Security Center communicates directly with the MCE central controller, enabling users to synchronize cardholders efficiently and generate reports. Depending on the type of integration chosen, users can benefit from additional features and functionalities specific to MCE.
