With the installer included, you can initiate calls between security operators, both at their desks or on Genetec Mobile, without the need for extra licenses or installations. From there, you can simply add on intercom licenses to start communicating throughout your building.
Communicate from anywhere
Whether you're dealing with intercom calls at your reception, handling emergencies, or coordinating responses, seamless communication is key to an effective security system. The integration of Sipelia™ 2.13 with Genetec™ Mobile takes this to the next level, allowing you to manage your communications right from your mobile device.
This includes features like making and receiving calls through Genetec Mobile, controlling entry points on mobile for easy door unlocking, and triggering on-the-go public announcements using hot actions.
For example, imagine a scenario where a security officer is out in the field conducting routine inspections of a large commercial building.
